Correct and rapid diagnosis is the main prerequisite for successful treatment - 99% of examinations are done in our and our devices, without the need to send you with the animal elsewhere or samples taken to external processors.

In the following overview, we introduce some of our devices with explanations for non-veterinarians, what they serve :).

Endoscopic set

The endoscopic set serves for a number of purposes related to the internal organs and tissues of the animal.

The great advantage of endoscopic examination is minimal tissue traumatization and visualization with enlarged internal organs without the need for surgery. It serves not only in the diagnosis of diseases, but also as a solution to some problems such as a foreign object in the nasal cavity.

Gastroscopy is performed in mild sedation when the doctor is able to check the entire mucosa of the stomach, esophagus and part of the duodenum by means of a flexible videocope inserted through the oral cavity. It can take samples from the mucosa, remove a foreign object, expand the esophagus using balloon dilatation at the site of stricture, and much more. The same principle works colonoscopy with little difference that there is access to the colon through the anus.

Rhinoscopy and bronchoscopy may be very useful in the diagnosis and therapy of respiratory diseases. In sedation, the patient is guided through a nipple through the nostrils and the doctor is able to remove the foreign object, remove the polyp, remove tissue samples, remove the bronchoalveolar lavage from the lower airways, introduce a stent to expand the trachea as it collapses, and many others.

Another of the increasingly desirable methods is laparoscopy. It is possible to perform routine procedures in the abdominal cavity such as sterilization of the bitch through very small wounds. The advantage is minimal pain, less blood loss and fast recovery after the procedure.

Arthroscopy is part of orthopedic examinations and therapy. It provides important information on the condition of cartilage and other joint components without the need for a large wound on the joint capsule, which of course speeds up healing after surgery and increases the access to the joint.

X-ray digital device (Roentgen)

Our roentgen is one of the most modern devices with minimal dose of radiation for the patient.

X-rays are most often associated with images of bones, joints, and fractures. In addition, it is also used to visualize the abdominal and thoracic cavities. It is important, for example, when making a diagnosis of heart, lung or imaging of foreign bodies.

Our roentgen is dogital - thanks to its digitization we are able to obtain very high quality images without undue stress of your pet.

Anesthesia set

The anesthetic device is used to bring the patient into so-called artificial sleep and induce general anesthesia.

It has a closed circuit with one evaporator and breath monitoring.

This device allows us to continuously control the depth of anesthesia and ensures constant control of the animal patient during operations. This makes anesthesia much safer and is comparable to that used in human medicine.

Hematology analyzer IDEXX

The hematology analyzer helps us diagnose the blood condition of our animal patients.

This machine one of the best in veterinary. It analyzes 24 different parameters including 3 histograms.

It serves to determine the number of white, red blood cells and platelets. This is important for assessing the type and severity of an ongoing disease, for determining anemia of red blood cells and for early detection of blood clotting disorders.

Centrifuge

This centrifuge is used for separating substances or mixtures of substances with a maximum density of up to 1.2kg / dm3.

By creating centrifugal forces, mixtures of substances can be separated from each other or their mixing ratio is important in veterinary medicine to separate two fractions, namely the sediment from the supernatant, for example: blood plasma (sera), urinary sediment from the liquid urine component.

It is most often used in the diagnosis of urinary tract diseases and in the processing of samples for laboratory use.

Ultrasonograph (Ultra Sound)

The ultrasonograph allows us to look at the pet's belly. It serves to display internal organs such as liver, spleen, kidney, bladder, prostate, uterus.

It allows us to evaluate their shape, size, filling and changes caused by the disease.

It is also used, for example, to diagnose pregnancy.

Endoscopic set

Our endoscopic set consists of a halogen light source, a digital camera and a monitor. In the words of laymen it is a small camera with a lamp on the end of a metal tube :).

This kit is helpful in visualizing hard-to-reach areas of your pet's body.

It is used mainly for the diagnosis of ear diseases, their inflammations and the presence of foreign objects of grasses.

Electocardiography (ECG) device

It senses the electrical activity of the heart and then records it in a graph. This examination helps us uncover a whole range of heart defects.

The examination is non-invasive (the animal does not feel any pain at it).

With its accuracy and speed, this device belongs to the top in our field.

By selecting a suitable combination of test reagents and thus the measured parameters, we can quickly detect hidden or already clinically manifest diseases of internal pigs, especially kidneys and liver.
